Jessica Fulkerson

Jessica has been helping clients turn their real estate dreams into reality since 2017. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University, she began her career with a custom home builder, guiding clients from concept to completion—drawing plans, selecting finishes, and ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. That experience gave her an in-depth understanding of construction, design, and the emotional journey of creating a home, which she now brings to every real estate transaction.

In 2019, Jessica founded Oak & Key Realty—a locally owned, boutique-style real estate and interior design firm serving the Black Hills, with offices in Rapid City and Hill City, and a Spearfish location coming soon. Her mission was clear: to create a brokerage built on exceptional communication, design expertise, a dedication to making each client’s priorities the focus. With a commitment to personalized service and meticulous attention to detail, Oak & Key was designed to go beyond the standard real estate experience—making every transaction easy to understand, stress-free, and even enjoyable, all while staying deeply connected to the community it serves.

Originally from Colorado, Jessica and her husband, Kane, were relocated to Ellsworth Air Force Base through Kane’s military service. They quickly fell in love with the Black Hills— the scenery, the people I love and the lifestyle—and decided to make it home.

When she’s not serving her clients, Jessica loves spending time with their three boys, cheering on their wrestling matches, and enjoying the Black Hills through camping, hunting, and fishing. She also finds joy in design projects, arranging fresh flowers, exploring local coffee shops and wineries, taking on DIY projects, and hosting friends and family. Her design background, sharp attention to detail, and passion for building relationships set her apart, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
