Kane Fulkerson

Kane Fulkerson is a proud father of three boys, husband to his wife Jessica, and a U.S. Air Force combat veteran. After serving 12 years in Civil Engineering Structures, Kane separated in 2021 to begin a new chapter in real estate alongside Jessica.
Upon moving to Rapid City, Kane and his family immediately fell in love with the Black Hills and the welcoming downtown community. His military career equipped him with invaluable skills in leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability—along with a strong attention to detail—that now serve his clients in real estate. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of relocating, Kane is especially passionate about helping military families navigate the stress of PCS moves, buying, and selling homes.
Outside of real estate, Kane enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle that includes fishing (especially ice fishing), hunting, hiking, and biking. He is also the head coach of the AAU wrestling program in Hill City, where he mentors and develops young athletes while giving back to the community.
Whether working with first-time buyers, relocating military families, or local homeowners, Kane’s mission is to make each real estate transaction as smooth, stress-free, and rewarding as possible.
