Marisa Wollman

Born and raised in South Dakota, I’ve called Rapid City home for the past 14 years. My husband and I are raising our four children here, and as a family, we love spending time at our kids’ activities and exploring everything the Black Hills has to offer.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, I owned my own business and later worked alongside a custom home builder, helping clients with selections and gaining valuable insight into the homebuilding process. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in effective communication, business, and construction, which I now bring to every client relationship.

I am also deeply committed to giving back, volunteering on various community committees and staying actively involved in our church.

From a young age, I knew real estate was the career I wanted to pursue, and today, it’s truly a privilege to guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. The heart of my work is building meaningful relationships, and nothing matters more to me than being a trusted advocate for my clients in every situation. Whether buying or selling, my goal is to make the process as seamless and rewarding as possible while ensuring my clients feel confident every step of the way.
