Shantell Davis

The Black Hills of South Dakota is a beautiful place to live, work, and explore, which is why Shantell chose to call it home. With roots in Idaho, and Wyoming, Shantell came to Hill City in 2019 after 20 years in the Trucking Industry. Real estate became a passion for Shantell that shifted a change in career paths. With a background in business management, she has built and renovated homes since 2007, and it is easy to see why more than clients called Shantell Davis for help buying and selling.

Shantell joined the Oak and Key Realty family in 2023 when they opened its doors in Hill City and is passionate about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. She will soon be a licensed realtor in WY to service both SD and WY in 2024. Shantell volunteers with Love INC Hill City-Keystone, and Hill City Youth Wrestling and other local nonprofit groups, and loves being a part of other Black Hills and Surrounding Area's community events.
When Shantell is not in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her tackling mom life, taking on a home project with her husband, going to the lake, riding her Harley, or going on adventures with her 4 kids. Enjoying time to connect with friends, her family, and faith!
