Shonna McBride

I’m originally from Minnesota and went to school at NDSU, where I studied business and spent a semester abroad in Spain. That experience gave me a broader perspective on the world and an appreciation for all types of people — and architecture!

My husband is originally from Rapid City, which is what first brought me to the Black Hills. Now we’re raising our two kids here, and we love spending time outdoors and traveling together as a family.

I’ve always had a passion for design and detail, which naturally led me into real estate. What matters most to me is building genuine relationships and putting quality over quantity. I enjoy connecting with all kinds of people, listening closely to what they need, and finding solutions that make sense for them.

I truly care and I work hard to make sure my clients are not only happy with the outcome, but also feel the process was handled with honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.
